Now, all the customers may port their mobile phone number in the PLUS network.

They have to visit any ZONA PLUS (with the document identification) and fill-in the Request for Number Portability form. You have to also present and complete the entire necessary, required documentation in order to enter a new subscription contract with PLUS. |
Yes, you can choose to port your prepaid mobile number from another operator, to one of PLUS contractual tariff plans. Number portability affects only the mobile number porting from an operator to another. With PLUS you can choose and benefit whatever option and services that you will request. |
After the successful porting you will have coverage from PLUS (in your new SIM provided from PLUS) where you will also receive a welcome SMS. |
Of course. You can choose and benefit for your number any PLUS tariff plan or services available. All options that you choose will be activated at the moment of successful port-in. |
Yes, there are no limits in the amount of numbers that you may port. You can port as many numbers as you wish in PLUS network and choose for each of them any tariff plan and services that you may prefer. |
The porting process usually is completed in 3 working days. Exceptions are made in cases when the customer may request to port more than 100 numbers and porting process may last up to 5 days. |
All those numbers that can be ported will be successfully transferred and activated in PLUS network, while the others will continue to stay in the other operator. You can receive information about this cases and the next steps in order to complete full porting (when applicable) in every ZONA PLUS shop or by calling our Customer Care Service at 140 (free of charge from PLUS numbers) or 0668006600 (from the other operators). |
The actual operator can refuse a porting request for several reasons:

AKEP regulations foresee that a fee of not higher than 600 Lekë (VAT included) can be applied for number porting (based on agreements with the donor operator). |
For prepaid customers, any balance of credit / airtime unused until the exact moment that the porting becomes effective, cannot be transferred in the new network after the porting. |
Every time that you will call a number that is not located in PLUS network (even if its format may be 066xxxxxxx), you will hear a characteristic beep before the normal ringing signal. |
